**Eva reached out to me right away after this review so I could come in and have my hair cut corrected which was awesome. She’s always been so pleasant- for that I will raise my star rating* So I’ve been going her for over 2 years. Have always had an amazing experience. My stylist has been Eva. Well at my last visit a few days ago I was booked with John for my haircut and Eva for my dyeing my hair. John cut my hair and it ended up being his assistant who dyed my hair instead of Eva. Not a huge problem as I fully trust this salon. However, I did not like the way he talked to his assistant and I could tell she was embarrassed. He was rude. I get she’s assisting but maybe say something in a tactful way in private. Not in front of a client ever. Well after I got home I looked at my haircut in the mirror and it is very uneven. The right side is an inch longer than the left. I know the stylists there are highly regarded so this was a shock. I didn’t check the back of my hair before I left and wish I did. Especially with how much I pay. I am hoping when I call they will allow me to come in and fix my haircut. If not I will not be a repeat customer which saddens me.
